A Vintage Mitchel Maer Emerald Brooch. Tumbling shades of green catch the eye.
This adorable vintage Mitchel Maer brooch would have been made in London, England in the early 1950s. Mitchel Maer's work was sought-after, so much so between the years of 1952 & 1956 he also worked with Christian Dior himself to design and produce jewellery for the House of Dior, alongside his eponymous jewellery line. His ingenuity in design knew no bounds and this period witnessed some of the most adventurous and exuberant pieces of Mitchel Maer and also early Christian Dior jewellery.
Vintage Condition: Very good without damage or significant wear.
