This rare design and fairly large chandelier from the heydays of the European Art Deco era will never fail to impress you (or anyone visiting) and it is certain to light up both your days and evenings. Its remarkable, circular and four layered shade is all hand carved out of one solid rock of alabaster. For this pendant they clearly picked a beautiful rock for it comes with some unique veins and patches and they clearly polished the surface to perfection, making it even more handsome. The stunning, layered Art Deco shade is beautifully flat with a 'rounded point' at the bottom and the antique brass chain and vintage matching canopy are like the icing on the cake of this work of art (deco) light fixture. The perfectly circular layers are pretty thick and that too is why this pure Art Deco fixture still is in such amazing condition. So this not only is one of the most stylish Art Deco alabaster lights we have ever had the pleasure of offering, it also is in very good condition. It must have taken one highly skilled craftsman a whole lot of time to perfectly hand create this remarkable Art Deco design and for it to still be in such good condition after 100 years too is like an ode to his craftsmanship.
