Like "el dorado", a cultural construction, a myth, the Looking for happiness series talks about the illusion of happiness.
Using coordinates between different geographical points and world views, seeking to generate a dialogue between stories.
In this way, places speak to tell us about degraded utopias, religious crusades, martyrs and oppressors, wars, victories, and defeats. All searches for what cannot be found.
The infinite existing possibilities, in this continuous present and its accumulation, to be history. The utopian idea of achieving completeness or completeness.
The transformation of the fabric into jewelry, the transmutation that moves from the sacred to the economic.
The "object of desire" is the engine of life and its different permutations.

In this work, I am a developing personal philosophy of the trinity—the uniting of three in one. The trinity consists of Energy, Nature, and Source.
Energy is located in the heart, where faith and belief originate. The Source is anything that creates: God, the mind, the sun. Nature is material, offering us the tools to make and destroy.
The three principles connect, communicate and converse with one another to form the ecosystem in which the human being lives, breathes and works, dependent on the interplay between the elements. The trinity is the value of life.
Mohamed Monaiseer (b. Cairo, Egpyt 1989) gives body and form to immaterial phenomena with works of drawing and painting. He has exhibited in many galleries and culture spaces throughout Egypt, and was a prizewinner in the 25th Youth Salon at the Cairo Opera House. He has presented solo exhibitions at Gezira Art Center (2013) and Safarkhan Gallery (2014) in Cairo. In 2015, his work was featured in a group exhibition in Stockholm and a travelling exhibition in Europe and the US. Monaiseer earned his degree in Educational Art from Cairo University...

Barzakh series (2015)
The language of mythology and religion, Barzakh is what separates life after death and before resurrection. For others, it’s the grave. In geography, it is what separates the sweet rivers from the salty seas, without their mixing. Barzakh is the dream that separates sleep from vigilance; the soul that separates body from the mind; and, the human that separates existence from nothingness. If two things connect, then separation is not absolute. Barzakh allows transit, like a mirror between the body and its image.

Charles Camoin was the son of a paint manufacturer in Marseilles who died when Charles was six years old. His mother travelled extensively, absenting herself for long periods at a time, and Camoin's studies suffered accordingly. At 16, he enrolled at a commercial college in Marseilles, but also attended courses at the École des Beaux-Arts, where he was awarded a first prize for drawing and composition. In 1896, at the age of 17 (or in 1898 according to other, possibly more reliable sources), Camoin moved to Paris where he was admitted to Gustave Moreau's class at the École des Beaux-Arts, shortly before the latter's death. He soon left on his travels in the company of Albert Marquet - no doubt following Moreau's advice to 'go and paint buses', his recommendation to the two artists to search out their subject matter on the streets and in the cabarets of Paris. During his short time in Moreau's class Camoin made a number of lasting friendships, notably with artists who would go on to pioneer Fauvism: Henry Manguin, Georges Roualt and, in particular, Jean Puy and Henri Matisse, with whom he exchanged letters on a regular basis.In 1900, Camoin did his military service, first in Arles, where he painted compositions inspired by Van Gogh motifs, then in 1902 in Aix, where he frequently met with Cézanne, with whom Camoin maintained a life-long correspondence and whose advice and counsel he cited repeatedly. In 1903, Camoin exhibited for the first time - at the Salon des Artistes Indépendants in Paris. The following year (1905), he met Claude Monet (at Cézanne's instigation and, appropriately perhaps, underneath Giverny's Nympheas); he then held his first solo exhibition at the Berthe Weill Gallery in Paris.
