The only item left to do before the concert is to select the flowers to be presented on stage to our conductor. Tulips? Roses? Sunflowers? Lilies? Decisions, decisions! Osborne taught a generation of his students to go beyond the obvious in portraying their subject matter in a composition striving to capture the genuine overall feeling of the moment.
