Beautiful and stylish pendant light from the heydays of the Scandinavian Design era.
If you are looking for a rare and stylish chandelier to complement your midcentury or your contemporary interior then this handcrafted Scandinavian light fixture could be perfect for your dining area, living room, boardroom, large entrance or any other sizeable room. This sleek and impressive design comes with as many as eight, near-mint condition and stunning, art glass shades. Inside the satinated exterior with a 'bulging-wavy' surface, these art glass shades also come with geometrical, transparent glass segments. It is this modernist design combined with the equally cool, eight teakwood arms that makes this chandelier stand out from anything you ever saw. The combination of the beautifully designed teakwood arms, the brass elements and the marvelous art glass shades is an absolute joy to behold, both with the light switched on and off. There is a timeless quality to this pendant that makes it look great in various kinds of interiors. Unfortunately we don't know who the designer is, but that happens more often, because we mostly buy with our hearts. In some cases that could mean that we don't ask nearly enough, but as long as we can make a decent margin we can live with that. This perfectly balanced mid-century modern chandelier is in superb condition and it will arrive wired for safe and immediate usage in the country where it will be used and enjoyed. American clients will be able to use eight regular American E26 bulbs. Thanks to the metal hook inside the height adjustable, black plastic canopy, mounting this light tight to your ceiling will take no more than a few minutes.
