A French ‘Ecureuils dans l’Herbe” pâte de verre vase by Gabriel Argy-Rousseau. Nature, notably flowers and insects, held an important place among the themes developed by Argy-Rousseau. He belongs to this generation of artists who against a growing urbanization seek refuge in nature, This vase depicts a squirrel playing in the grass.
