Victor Costa Strapless Dress

About the Item

One of Victor Costa's best designs, this strapless cocktail/evening dress is fashioned of white satin and black velvet alternating horizontal stripes with fitted bodice leading to an A-line below-knee skirt. The most interesting feature of the dress takes place in back, where the hemline is raised and pouffed with black netting to reveal the sheath skirt, its hem banded in black velvet, underneath. Dramatic design.
