Original vintage poster - Timber Stacking - issued by the Empire Marketing Board (EMB 1926-1933) featuring artwork by the notable Burmese artist Ba Nyan (1897-1945) depicting a man riding an elephant and guiding it to stack up logs of wood with another elephant and workers, a palm tree and smoke rising from the factory chimneys in the background. Printed for H.M Stationery Office by Robert and Leete Ltd London. Horizontal. Fair condition, restored tears, restored pinholes, staining, foxing, backed on linen.
