Beautiful Antique Art Deco 14K Yellow Gold Platinum Onyx Diamond Button Ring. This beautiful ring is crafted in 14k yellow gold with platinum top. The ring itself is a conversion from a set of shirt buttons from a cufflink set. The top has single cut diamonds and is set in a platinum top with an onyx base.
