Antique Victorian Demi Lune Console Table with drawer, Sheraton 1800s
About the Item
Early 19th Century demi lune console table.
Clean and minimal design aesthetic having a lovely figured top above a deep frieze supported on square thin tapering legs.
Most probably made of Mahogany
The console table provides a front drawer which makes it perfect to place kays and small items at you entrance.
The rich tones and clean lines makes it great for either vintage, antiques , mid century or contemporary interiors.
Sheraton style Circa 1800.
Thomas Sheraton was another stand out furniture designer and cabinet maker whose pieces became the most powerful source of inspiration behind the furniture of the late 18th Century.
Alongside George Hepplewhite and Thomas Chippendale , Sheraton was considered one of the 'big three' of English furniture and cabinet makers.
Lovely colour and in excellent condition.
Condition:
Very good restored condition.
Still as any vintage piece it ight still show light wear commensurate with use and age
