Fine Carved Walnut French Louis XV Secretary Desk Abatant Basket of Flowers

About the Item

This is a superb carved walnut secretary abatant that's perfect for narrow hallways or shallow areas in a bedroom. The desk is repleat with a tulipwood interior and leather writing surface. The back leg on the left side will be repaired and reset prior to the delivery. The desk will show signs of age and seams that have gaps on top. This is normal as wood shrinks .25 inches every hundred years. Measures 53 tall x 24.25 wide x 15.75 deep. Dates to the 1900s era.
