Stunning Highback King Chair of Solid Oak with Greenish Wool Denmark 1930-40

About the Item

Stunning danish baroque style high-backed ear-flap chair hand made in the 1930s The frame and armrests are made beautifully of turned and carved solid oak. Especially the armrests has a spectacular curved snakelike shape. The old upholstery is made of a tightly woven greenish-brown wool mounted with brass nails. Ear-flaps with a curved shape. Made by a danish cabinetmaker in the 1930s Nice vintage condition with patina. Good and useable condition, perhaps you prefer a new reupholstery with sheap skin
