A very good looking, well made and decorative little piece of High Georgian Elegance. This piece would have been the absolute height of sophistication in Georgian society in the 1780’s to 1820’s
The case or cover is Shagreen which as I’m sure you are aware is sharkskin and Ray Skin, very collectable
The condition is stunning, its been lightly polished and has a period correct patina
