19th Century Cut Crystal Brass Trimmed Baccarat Style Lamp

About the Item

A late 19th C cut crystal oil lamp now electrified. Fortunately the wiring is external so there is no damage to the original lamp. The crystal and brass column sits on a half round cut crystal base on a further brass base which is decorated on each corner with a crystal 'bob'. On top of the column is the original cut crystal oil well. The lamp was likely made by the Baccarat company in Paris circa 1880.
