Antique English Sterling Silver Bottle Holder/Coaster

An exceptional, fine and impressive antique George V English sterling silver bottle holder or coaster, an addition to our ornamental silverware collection.
This exceptional antique George V sterling silver bottle holder or coaster has a plain cylindrical form to a domed spreading circular base.
The undulating rim is encompassed with an applied moulded border.
This impressive example of antique silverware is fitted with two shaped upturned handles with lobed shaped sockets.
This impressive coaster retains the original turned pear wood base.
The holder is fitted with green baize to the underside.
Condition
This antique bottle holder is a very good gauge of silver, exceptional quality and in excellent condition. Full hallmarks struck to the surface of the body are all very clear.
