19th Century French Terracotta Confit Pot
About the Item
A 19th century earthenware confit pot from the Southwest of France with traditional yellow ochre glaze. Chips, cracks and losses to glaze. These ordinary earthenware vessels were once used daily in the French country home and have beautiful rustic glazes of green, ochre and terracotta. Nice decorative elements especially when several sizes and shapes are grouped together. Weight: 8.8 lbs. Please refer to photos for more details.
