K-OVER Champagne, Aquarium, silver 999/°°, Italy
About the Item
This champagne bottle cover is a true work of art, belongs to the Works of Art collection. The work was created by master Giuliano Foglia who has always been a great lover of nature and especially attracted to the seabed. A special plexyglass display case is provided with the work.
La K-OVER è stata realizzata completamene a mano da Giuliano Foglia, orafo in Firenze. The creation of the work took several months, and the techniques used are embossing, chiseling, and enameling. The value lies in the artistic perfection of the reproduced figures. The artist worked on a single piece of silver in a cylindrical shape. The negative side remains inside the template, making it extremely difficult to get the volumes out from the inside to the outside as there is not enough space to use a normal hammer. The technique used is Renaissance and is called the "hunt out.
Artista :
Giuliano Foglia was born in 1947 in Florence. In the 1960s, despite his young age, began working in his father's goldsmith store. Qui impara a disegnare, sbalzare e cesellare. During his long career he made Madonnas, fountains, and 18th-century scenes. I suoi pezzi più famosi sono il Calice di San Galgano e la coppa per il Gran Premio di formula 1 di San Marino. Grazie alla sua lunga esperienza è considerato uno dei migliori maestri di cesello in Italia. He has been collaborating with K-over on projects for years. "Works of Art.
Technical features:
K-OVER is a brand of P.M.P. Florence, a company with more than 40 years of experience in the world of silverware. Working in this area for so long has allowed us to develop a new product, the champagne cover. A thermal fabric is placed inside that can maintain the temperature of your champagne bottles. The cover can be used an infinite number of times: unscrewing the cap located underneath allows the bottle to be changed. All champagne covers are new or have been exhibited at events. K-OVERs are suitable for champenoise-shaped bottles such as: Moet Et Chandon, Veuve Clicquot, Cristal, Pol Roger, Piper, Perrier Jouet, Taittinger, Mumm, Ferrari, Berlucchi.
