This is a pair of vintage decorative flower vases. A Japanese, ceramic stem flute by Noritake, dating to the Art Deco period, circa 1930. Charming decor to this petite pair of vases Displaying a desirable aged patina and in good order White ceramic flares upwards from the foot to the broad rim Accentuated with an appealing palette of colours and gilt touches Decorated around the circumference with traditional Kabuki scenes Scenes depict figures walking through a rugged hillside Maker's mark to base for Noritake - Made in Japan with the post-1902 Maruki symbol This is a fascinating pair of vintage decorative flower vases, with great colour and figural detail.
