Rare piece executed by the artist during a stay at the Chateau de Ratilly, home and workshop of the potter Norbert Pierlot from which he borrowed both the clay and the milky glaze.
This is therefore a historic piece far removed from the creations of this artist characterized by sophisticated shapes and flamboyant glazes.
Hollow signature on the back of the piece.
