Czechoslovakian Art Deco Cream and Espresso Hued Ceramic Bowl by Royal Crown
About the Item
This elegant Art Deco decorative bowl was realized in Czechoslovakia by the esteemed atelier of Royal Crown circa 1930. It features a concave form with sloped sides and a scalloped top with streamlined indentations at three points along the top. The exterior of the piece is a sumptuous espresso hue while the interior is a rich cream. Additionally, there is a border at the apex of the interior of banded vertical striations. With its clean modernist lines and beautiful craftsmanship for which Czechoslovakia was renowned during this period, this piece is sure to delight discerning collectors of first rate Art Deco pieces as well as those with a penchant for rare and exquisite objects. It is signed "Royal Crown Czechoslovakia" and is in excellent vintage condition.
