Here you will find a very special piece. A piece you will not find anywhere else. This is the smoked glass inlay and oak credenza. The oak doors are made from waney edge slabs of very sought after pippy burr oak - this is because for maximum effect we require less uniformity and more shape (only found to this extreme in this sub-variation of oak). The reason we require this sub-variation of oak is so that there is more shape available for the next very unique element.. custom, water jet glass cutting; Here we custom cut glass to match the 1/1 curvature of the wood so that the glass flows around all natural characteristics of the wood, before being inlaid and bonded flush to the shape and direction you see. The result is not only then a door that is level in both wood and bonded glass, but a single piece of pippy oak cut into four doors, showing the flow of the grain and the glass from one door to next. The cabinet comes with four doors and adjustable shelves in each of the four cupboards. Podium legs, soft close, magnetic push-to-open hardware. Starting size for this price is 200cm long x 80cm heigh x 50cm deep. Available in other sizes, any wood or finishes and in smoked black, green, blue or clear glass. Every item is made-to-order so is quality-checked profusely prior to crating and shipping, therefore Returns are only accepted under the circumstances something has gone seriously wrong and the material used by ourselves has somehow failed.
