An exquisite fine micro beaded subtly coloured large handbag with jewelled frame
About the Item
A very fine and detailed large micro beaded bag, with exquisite detail and nuanced colouring, still fresh and intact. Gently gleaming with a sumptuous array of colours, the bag has a gilt metal frame, adorned with coloured pastes and enamelled four leaf clovers on the front side, with an enamelled pink and green daisy on top for the clasp. With a deep eau de nil base and metallic bead patterning and highlights, this is a most unique and joyous piece, the fringing, of gold and the same deep eau de nil beads, all intact. The doubled chain can be used doubled up or lengthened to its full extent.The inside is lined with soft chamois grey suedette. An important handbag, so beautifully preserved from its Victorian days.
