About the Item
Chic and super rare 1950s ALFRED SHAHEEN Surf n’ Sand hand printed cotton fit and flare dress! Features Aloha Hawaii prints in beautiful hues of blues throughout. POCKETS at each side of the hips. Buttons up the front with hidden hook-and-eye closure at waist. Shaheen’s midcentury pieces are hard to come by, and continue to rise in value. This beauty is great for any day or evening event. The pictured 80s lucite necklace is also available in my 1stdibs Shop, as is the 70s LUC BENOIT alligator cuff.
In great condition. Made in USA ( Hawaii )

Model is 5’8, Size US 6. The waist was too small for her, but we just left the hook-and-eye open, and you could not even tell.
