Issey Miyake Wool Dolman Coat Wool Dolman Coat is a garment from the Permanente collection launched in 1985, known for revived original shapes and fabrics used in previous Issey Miyake collections. The outerwear features large volumes, dolman sleeves and origami-effect pence at the back. CONDITION Very good vintage condition LABEL Issey Miyake Permanente - Made in Japan COMPOSITION 100% wool COLOR Brown MEASUREMENTS Shoulders 48 cm / 18.8 inches Length 135 cm / 53.1 inches Sleeve 68 cm / 26.7 inches Sleeve width 34 cm / 13.3 inches In the 1980s, Miyake furthered his exploration of the body's motions and form, enthusiastically taking on the challenge of designing garments using materials other than cloth: plastic, paper, and wire. ISSEY MIYAKE PERMANENT, which was launched in 1985, revived original shapes and fabrics used in previous ISSEY MIYAKE Collections.
