Fanning through the pages and over 250 photographs in this book is like taking a breath of pure ocean air. Most of the properties are well lived in and loved with quaint signs of family memories in the decor. There are a couple of modernist style homes but for the most part this book will appeal to the antique and vintage lover. If you have ever dreamed of a beach house that looks like the inside of a Captain's cabin then this lovely 226 page publication is for you! Hardcover with linen and paper dust jacket and full color photographs. CONDITION Good condition overall. The blue linen covering the hardcover is faded at the edges. The dust jacket shows signs of age with some curling and yellowing at the edges. One corner on the inside fold of the dust jacket is clipped probably to remove original price. A clear and removable archival cover has been added to maintain the integrity of the dust jacket. MEASUREMENTS Measures 9.5" wide x 12.25" tall x 1" deep.
