A combination of textures and searing color make this abbreviated cap the exclamation point on any outfit. Gentle rear pleats make the back as beautiful as the front. Absolutely, positively must be worn with winged liquid eyeliner.
Soft panné velvet teardrop cocktail hat with gathered sides and rigid padded self brim trimmed in braided brown mink. Grosgrain interior sweatband and attached hair combs; fully lined in fuchsia buckram.
