About the Item

The Adja Yunkers abstraction is a lithograph made in the first year of the iconic printmaking workshop Tamarind, founded by the great June Wayne (with Clinton Adams and Garo Antreasian). Now located at the University of New Mexico the shop began in Wayne's studio in Los Angeles where this print would have been made. Tamarind's blind stamp is at the lower left. It is signed under the image and titled in the lower margin, in pencil.
