About the Artist:
Mingming Liang, born and raised in Guangzhou, China, graduated with a bachelor's degree from the Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts in 1987. She is a member of both the Guangdong Province Artists Association and the American Chinese Art Association. With a career spanning 26 years, Mingming has dedicated herself to art creation and teaching. She has held over 30 individual and group exhibitions nationwide, received numerous awards, published personal albums, and has had her oil paintings featured over fifty times in professional media. Various professional organizations and private collectors worldwide collect her works.
In 2011, Mingming Liang moved to the San Francisco Bay Area, where she currently resides with her family. Here, she continues to create and teach art, employing a range of techniques in her mixed-media works, including oil, wax, pencil, charcoal, acrylic, and watercolors.
