Large 19th Century view of the British Royal Navy fleet off the coast of Naples, oil on canvas by Tommaso De Simone. Excellent quality and condition example of the famous Italian painters work embodying the presence of the British Navy anchored off various ports of the Mediterranean. Presented in a period gilt frame.
Provenance: Private London maritime collection that included other works by De Simone of Naples we also have catalogued for sale
