It takes dedication to maintain a physique like this, the title is a reference both to that and to the Cornish gym that this man owns. At his sitting, I had him doing all sorts of exercise that would illustrate his body. As he was clearing some space, he picked up this enormously heavy battle rope and slung it over his shoulder as if it were nothing and so the moment was captured. I like the chalk dust on his hair and hands, the flash of yellow in the rope that match his sweat bands, his profile showing the man bun. Most of all, despite his build, it shows that he is a gentle giant.
