Jean-Michel Basquiat Keith Haring 1991: Rare historic invitation to a joint Keith Haring and Jean-Michel Basquiat exhibition entitled, “Paintings”, at the legendary Tony Shafrazi Gallery, New York: December 15th, 1990 to January 26th, 1991. Interior features Basquiat's "The Mechanics That Always Have a Gear Left Over", 1988 and Haring's "Untitled", 1981. A much historic Keith Haring, Basquiat collectible marking one of the few major exhibitions solely featuring Basquiat and Haring. Folding offset printed gallery announcement; 7.25 x 7.25 inches (opening to 7.25 x 14.5 in.). Good overall vintage condition. Unsigned from an edition of unknown. Scarce. Keith Haring's first major gallery show took place at Tony Shafrazi gallery in October of 1982 and is widely considered as the artist's most seminal exhibition.
